Dina Danzi, M.A.,CCC-SLP

Dina Danzi, Language PathologistDina is a speech language pathologist with over 10 years’ experience evaluating and treating children with developmental delays and autism. She graduated magna cum lade from New York University with a master’s degree in speech pathology and audiology. She holds a NYS and ASHA license. Dina has worked therapeutically in schools throughout the tri-state area and was part of an evaluation team at New York Presbyterian Hospital, a leading hospital in the country. She practices in Manhattan, New York.

 

 

 

Sara Kahn, M.A., BCBA, LBA

Sara Kahn, M.A., BCBA, LBASara is a behavioral analyst with over 10 years’ experience developing programs and treating children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She trained at the UCLA Clinic for the Behavioral Treatment of Children, under direct supervision of Dr. O. Ivar Lovaas, an expert in the field of ABA. She received a master’s degree from Columbia University in behavioral analysis and spent several years traveling throughout the country supervising teams for the Lovaas Institute. Sara practices in Manhattan, New York.

We have been working together since 2002 developing programs and providing services to children on the autism spectrum. We are extremely dedicated to the children and families we serve and truly believe that each child is unique with individualized needs & goals.

 

 

 

Camilla Zoë Cuddy, PsyD, BCBA-D, LBA

Camilla Zoë Cuddy, PsyD, BCBA-D, LBAZoë has been a clinical psychologist since 2000, and a certified behavior analyst since 2012.  She has maintained a focus on evaluating and treating children with a wide range of disabilities including but not limited to autism spectrum disorders, developmental delay, and learning disabilities.  She has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals and more recently spent seven years as the staff and school psychologist of a pre-school for children with disabilities in the Bronx, where she began studying and practicing applied behavior analysis.  Zoe lives and practices in Manhattan, New York.

 

 

 

Cheryl Newcomer, MSEd, BCBA, LBA

Cheryl Newcomer, MSEd, BCBA, LCBACheryl has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2007 and has over 15 years of experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Cheryl has worked with children with developmental delays, ages 2-14, in both home and school settings.

Cheryl provides 1:1 instruction with children as well as supervision to therapy teams in Queens, Brooklyn and Manhattan, New York. Cheryl holds a permanent NYS Special Education Teaching Certificate, K-12.

 

 

 

Jaime Nicklas M.S., BCBA, LBA

Jaime Nicklas M.S., BCBA, LBAJaime has worked with children with Autism and developmental delays utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 16 years. She’s received a Bachelors in Psychology from Rutgers University and a Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis from Saint Cloud State University. She has been Board Certified since February 2009. She’s worked as a 1:1 Instructor, Case Manager, Senior Instructor, Workshop Consultant and Clinical Supervisor for the Lovaas Institute in New Jersey from 2000 through 2007. Jaime was the Educational Director of the Brooklyn Autism Center from 2007 to 2013 and she currently provides 1:1 instruction and supervision to families in Manhattan.

Jamie Maggio is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who works with children with developmental delays specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorders in both home and school settings. She received a bachelor’s degree in English, rhetoric & global culture from Binghamton University and a master’s degree in special and general education as well as applied behavior analysis from Hunter College. Jamie lives and practices in Manhattan, New York.

 

 

 

Meghan Randall, M.S. Ed, BCBA, LBA

Meghan Randall, M.S. Ed, BCBA, LBAMeghan Randall is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has 8 years of experience working with children with autism and developmental delays. Meghan has experience working with young children in an early intervention center as well older children in both the home and school based settings. Meghan has a Masters in Early Childhood General and Special Education from Hunter College.  Meghan practices in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

 

 

 

Joanna Valliant, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA

Joanna Valliant M.Ed. BCBA, LBAJoanna is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has 10 years of experience working with people with Autism and developmental delays. She has worked with people with Autism in the home, school, and vocational settings. Joanna has worked with children with a range of ages and sophistication levels teaching many skills, assisting students in school, and supervising young adults at job sites. Joanna earned a Master’s Degree in General and Special Education-Behavior Disorders and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis, both from Hunter College. Joanna practices in both Manhattan and Brooklyn.

 

 

 

Deborah Lewis, LMSW, BCBA, LBA

Deborah Lewis, LMSW, BCBA, LBADeborah is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Social Worker who provides 1:1 ABA for children, ages 2 to 14 years old, with developmental delays. Holding a master’s degree in social work from Hunter College, Deborah has worked closely with families at home and in school settings since 2010, creating a nurturing environment and improving the lives of children facing a variety of developmental issues. Formerly a behavioral instructor at the Brooklyn Autism Center, she also assumed BAC’s position of Coordinator of the After-School Peer Socialization Program, which integrated typical children and those living with autism. Deborah lives and practices in Manhattan.

 

 

 

Elizabeth Pruzinsky, MST, BCBA, LBA

Elizabeth Pruzinsky, MST, BCBA, LBAElizabeth has been working with children of all ages and skill levels and their families for over ten years. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The George Washington University in Washington, DC, her Masters of Science in Teaching, with a focus on special education from Pace University in New York, while completing The New York City Teaching Fellows, and a graduate certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Hunter College.

Elizabeth’s background includes work in public schools, private schools, and developing and running home programs. Her areas of expertise include behavior management, functional behavior assessment, discrete trial training, creative academic approaches, staff training and management, and ABA program development and implementation.

 

 

 

Abi Coatney, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LBA

Abi Coatney, M.S. Ed., BCBA, LBAAbi is a board certified behavior analyst, NYS licensed behavior analyst and NYS certified teacher. She has worked with children of all ages in home, school and vocational settings since 1997. Her work and education has focused on children with severe problem behavior and communication deficits with a special interest in children with ASDs. Abi earned a master’s degree in Special Education and bachelor’s in Child and Family Studies: Early Intervention, from Portland State University, while living and teaching in Portland, Oregon. She moved to Brooklyn in 2011 and continued her education in Applied Behavior Analysis with specific training in Verbal Behavior.

Abi is passionate about providing programming that fosters the unique strengths of each child, promotes communication and inclusion, and makes daily life easier for children and their families. She resides with her family in Greenpoint, Brooklyn and practices in Brooklyn and Manhattan.

 

 

 

Robin Nguyen, M.S., BCBA, LBA

Robin Nguyen, M.S., BCBA, LBARobin has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2011 and has over 10 years of experience working with students with autism and other developmental delays both in the home and classroom settings. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Simmons College in Boston. She also holds a general education and special education teaching credential from California. She has expertise teaching in the classroom setting as well as one-on-one instruction in the home.  Robin lives and practices in Manhattan.

 

 

 

Joshua May M.S., BCBA, LBA

Joshua May M.S., BCBA, LBAJoshua is a behavior analyst with over 12 years experience treating individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders, ages 3 to 21, in both home and community based settings. He earned his master’s degree at The Sage College specializing in applied behavior analysis.

Since 2010, Joshua has worked with individuals and their families to help teach functional skills and improve their overall quality of life. He currently works in Manhattan focusing on 1:1 instruction and providing parent training.
